Wolverine Members:
Please
plan to attend the second annual meeting of Club Wolverine for
what represents our first full year of operations since the club
was formed in September 2006. Your attendance at this year's meeting
is extremely important as we will be voting on several critical
items, including new board directors and several amendments to
the Bylaws, and it is imperative that we fulfill membership quorum
voting requirements. The meeting is scheduled to last one hour,
and consistent with last year, we have arranged for this meeting
to coincide with our USA Swimming Swim-A-Thon fundraiser. While
the meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm, please arrive
at or before 6:45 pm so that we will be able to take attendance
and ensure that we have met our quorum requirements before the
meeting begins.

agenda, as well as several documents summarizing those
items upon which the membership will be asked to vote. (See
right-side links.) As is the case with most annual meetings,
you can expect an update on the status of Club Wolverine's
financial status, as well as on the current state of affairs
of our organization. |

There
will be an opportunity for members to ask questions, voice comments
and express concerns at this meeting as well, and I hope that
many of you will take part in this important part of your club's
operations. I look forward to seeing you on May 2.
