accordance with Article V, Section 4 of the Club's bylaws, an independent
Nominating Committee has selected a list of candidates for presentation
to the general membership to fill upcoming open positions on the Board
of Directors. The Nominating Committee was comprised of the following

A prescribed under the Bylaws, Glenn's initial term as President of the
Transition Board is expiring. However, if elected, he has agreed to again
serve as President through, at a minimum, the remainder of 2008 in order
to improve board continuity and provide for a smooth transition to a new
President. The Bylaws require that to accept the role of CW President
a member must have served a minimum of one year on the CW Board or one
of its predecessor organizations, Ann Arbor Swim Club or Wolverine Aquatics.
