Age
Group Program Requirements
Program
Info
All
middle school aged swimmers, ages 11-14, should enroll in the
CW Age Group Program.
CW
Age Group swimmers may enroll in one of the Competitive groups
or the Developmental group. Competitive group swimmers
should be prepared to meet requirements and expectations for their
group, outlined below, for the duration of their season.
CW
Age Group swimmers should expect progressive development through
each season, allowing swimmers to move from technique based workouts during the first half of each season
toward more advanced aerobic and anaerobic development in the second half. At Age Group
practices, our goal is to learn to swim with strength, efficiency
and excellent stroke technique during each practice.
Check
the Pool Schedule page for daily and weekly pactice schedules.
