Info
The
Senior group offers a range of training services to high-school-aged
and older swimmers.
Highly
focused athletes with goals in the sectional, national and international
arenas should enroll in one of the Elite practice groups. Swimmers
enrolled in these groups should be prepared to meet the requirements
and expectations listed below.
Athletes with goals at the state and high school level should
enroll in the HS Development group, where they will swim workouts
focused on creating strong, well rounded athletes. Coaches will
work with athletes to create strong and efficent stroke technique
and to develop a strong working knowledge of racing strategies
and effective practice habits.

workouts on a regular basis are strongly recommended and required
