CW Website Family Registration

Instructions:

1. Please, create just one account per family.
2. User Name: Use a parent's last name followed by the parent's first initial. For example: If the parent's name is Mary Smith, the user name should be "SmithM". In the case of duplicates, add an additional letter "SmithMa". The username is not case sensitive
3. Password: Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length. Passwords are case sensitive.
4. Email: Use your valid email address.
5. Security Question: For security purposes, select a question and answer that only members of your family can answer correctly. This will be used for password retrieval in the case of forgotten passwords.
6. You must be a paid swimmer training with Club Wolverine to be granted members-only access.
